The hotel is located just outside of Leeds city centre in great gardens, perfect for those who want to be close to the city but enjoy a serene environment. The rooms are comfortable with a great bathroom and an excellent shower. The service is attentive and spreads across all areas, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. The dining options were satisfactory, although I wished for more variety. The facilities offered everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

I couldn't believe I was enjoying such lovely facilities and a fresh continental breakfast for a lower price than Travelodge! The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a fabulous shower and a great bathroom, making my stay so comfortable. The only tiny letdown was a few minor details that spoiled the lovely pub atmosphere nearby.
